City Attorney Hydee Feldstein Soto and District Attorney Nathan Hochman have launched a new plan to stop human trafficking. This effort focuses on the Western Avenue corridor. The City is partnering with the nonprofit group Journey Out to provide law enforcement and social services to the community.
