Spring Festival Celebrating Culture at the Chinese American Museum
At the heart of historic El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument, the Chinese American Museum welcomed visitors for its vibrant Spring Festival—an annual celebration honoring Asian American and Pacific Islander heritage while reflecting the rich cultural diversity that defines Los Angeles.

Rooted in traditions that mark the arrival of a new season, the festival celebrated themes of family, health, prosperity, and renewal. Guests explored the sights, sounds, and stories of Chinese American culture through live performances, hands-on arts and crafts, and interactive experiences designed to connect generations and communities.

For the Museum, the celebration goes beyond entertainment. It is part of a larger mission to preserve history, share untold stories, and honor the individuals whose sacrifices, achievements, and resilience helped shape the community and the city we know today.
